International Orders
We ship worldwide. International orders are placed by email instead of through our online checkout, because some countries require special documentation, such as a veterinary permit, before feathers can clear customs. We prepare every international order personally to make sure it arrives without problems.
How to order
- Email info@schumanfeathers.com with the products you want (name or link), the quantity of each, and your full shipping address.
- Within 24 to 48 hours, we will send you a QuickBooks estimate for your approval. It includes your products, shipping, customs paperwork and any permits your country requires.
- Once you approve the estimate, we send you an invoice with a secure payment link. We ship your order after payment and email you the tracking number.
Good to know
- Import duties and taxes charged by your country on arrival are paid by the recipient, unless they are included in your estimate.
- We are not responsible for customs delays or holds beyond our control.
