Refund policy

15-day returns

You can return most items within 15 days after your package is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders. Clearance – Final Sale items cannot be returned (see below).

Items we can't accept back

  • Custom items, including customized and custom-dyed feathers
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance – Final Sale items. All items in our Clearance collection are final sale: no returns or exchanges.

Clearance – Final Sale

Items in our Clearance collection are marked "Clearance – Final Sale" on the product page. All sales on these items are final:

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds or store credit

The only exception: if a Clearance item arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, color or quantity, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

If your order includes both regular and Clearance items, the regular items can still be returned under this policy.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@schumanfeathers.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions.
  3. Ship the items to: Schuman Feathers Inc, 20141 NE 16th Pl, Miami, FL 33179. Please include a note in the box with your name and order number.

Refund, store credit or exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days and go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • The customer pays the return shipping cost.
  • If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, color or quantity), there is no restocking fee and we cover return shipping.
