Shipping policy

Schuman Feathers uses a variety of shipping methods. Customers will have the option who they want to ship through, i.e. Post office, Fed Ex, UPS etc.
Customers will see shipping options (including cost) during check out that range from First Class Mail to UPS Next Day Air, and everywhere in between.
*We are not responsible for delivery delays during a natural disaster. i.e. Hurricane, Winter Storm, Flooding, etc. Therefore, rush delivery shipping charges won't be refunded for arriving late in the event of a natural disaster.

 

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders are placed by email, not through our online checkout, because some countries require special documentation, such as a veterinary permit. Email your order to info@schumanfeathers.com. Within 24 to 48 hours, we'll send you a QuickBooks estimate that includes shipping, customs paperwork and any permits. Once you approve it, we send an invoice with a secure payment link. Import duties and taxes charged by your country on arrival are paid by the recipient. See how to order internationally
