(2) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and
(3) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

E. Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration.

You and Company agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration:

Refund policy is:

Schuman Feathers must be notified within 5 days of receipt if there is an issue. If SF makes error, we will pay shipping back to us and offer replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances of the shipment. If error is with client, and we are notified within 5 days, shipping is paid by client to return goods to SF and credit will be offered. After 5 days after receipt, there are no returns or exchanges.
